Art of Scissor, one of the main council members of the Exterra army ("Truth's Acolytes," as they call themselves). Scissor's past, like those of many Exterras, is unknown. He appears to have been born with his bladed arms, contrary to popular theories. Scissor is cunning, quick, bold and passionate about his cause. He will do anything to defend and uphold his friends and the Truth's Acolytes' cause. Can't wait to go further into Scissor's character development in The Exterra War!
