Center point is Skid. It wobbles because theres 24 frames but theres 3 "poses" and my mouse isnt perfect. Left and right for Pump and Skid.
"Pump isnt even trying to stay centered." It looks like hes swingng his arms and the ground is shaking so he just does a slav squat every couple seconds
