Oh, this was supposed to be posted 10 months ago... whoops. (how did I mess that up??) Purple Stick Figure Can't code :( Nomadsst73 made the original. That sound is the first two sounds in scratch.. It supposed to sound like an error sound.. I dunno though I drew this too thick with the limbs.
