Nekomata are a powerful class of Bakeneko, distinguished from normal cats and other Bakeneko by their two tails. They can create incredibly realistic illusions, summon ghostly fireballs, and even control corpses. Nekomata regard humans as contemptuous (but tasty) creatures and often use their intelligence and power to blackmail, enslave, or kill them. This particular Nekomata, named Chobi, is living in the lap of luxury. With many human servants answering to his every beck and call, he wants for nothing. Though his success has made him arrogant, he's still just as smart and crafty as any other Nekomata.
