Welcome to a fun little contest I decided to do! As you can see, this project contains a song and a piece of cover art. The goal of this content is to remix, gut the project of everything but the song, and create a PMV, AMV, or meme with original code and art. After two months the pieces will be judged. A piece can only win one of the three prizes. RULES: -All code and art must be your own. Breaking this rule will disqualify you. -You can 100% use your own characters and ideas, and are encouraged to do so! -No new entries are accepted after MAY 1. Results for Technical Best and Host's Choice, plus the studio for People's Choice will be posted on MAY 5. HOW TO ENTER: -Remix or link the finished project in the comments! Use only the music and make your MV/meme! Post when you're ready, and make sure you get your entry out by April 18! I'll be making one for fun ^^
PRIZES: 3 prizes will be given out! -People's Choice (Entrants and non-entrants vote in a studio for their favorite) Prize is a fullbody scene of any character of your choice! (Similar to the one in the thumbnail) -Technical Best (The piece with the highest skill level and technical demonstration) Prize is a rigged 3D model of any character of your choice! -Host's Choice (My personal favorite/the one I found most enjoyable!) Prize is a short meme or PMV of your choice, with a character/characters of your choice! TIPS- -Don't overwork yourself. Break it up into smaller, more manageable parts and work within your ability. I'd rather see a masterful sketchy animatic than a rushed AMV. -Don't be afraid to use references! PMVs/AMVs are hard because they often feature challenging angles.
