Incase your wondering why, most of whom survived the plague are located further out in the solar system away from where it originated; Earth. 49 billion across the whole solar system died out, and only 1 billion survived after the virus died down. Titan has a population of 250 million, WIX has 175 million, and Ganymede 125 million. The rest of the solar system's population will remain lawless until I add more planets to this SUS or someone colonizes them. The starting year will be 2700 AD.
