#2 of an entry for @WaleSteel84's Wheel of Time art contest. My favourite scene from Wheel of Time is in TEOTW, right after Rand caused the lightning strike and temporarily blinded Matrim. I really enjoyed seeing how Mat acted when he was venerable and less confident in himself. It really changed my perspective on him as a character other than just the cocky and overconfident character he was previously. The way I illustrated them here Mat kinda' looks like a girl......oops. Regardless, I really liked these few scenes where Matrim had to depend on others to survive instead of being a bit of a brat like he was in the two rivers.
