Actually being OP is allowed...this is Nen we're talking about here. 3. No 1-shot attacks, that's annoying. 4. if you lose, you lose, no retries...with the same character at least. (if you want a rematch, use a different character than last time.) 5. you can submit a remix when the slots are full, you'll just be put in a qeue. 6.
