oh my gosh. the quality of that drawing tho. its so bad. look at how pixelated it is ;-;. anyhow, hi here is an art process thingy for you to look at. the sketch was from my last art dump, and I did decide to finish it. (obviously.) I guess I'll list the stages of it or whatever. 1 - very rough sketch 2 - slightly less rough sketch 3 - snazzy lineart 4 - color. I used their refs but you can't see them in this shot. 5 - silhouettes I made to see if their forms looked ok. 6 - shading 7 - beginning of flat bg 8 - TrEEs 9 - shade for bg 10 - random objects and a sward rack 11 - crop it. 12 - close up on the finished work. ( the bad quality tho ;-; ) any whey, here's a little backstory for this piece, the characters are Rowan and River two main characters of my comic (I have yet to make the first ep. so don't get confused) their parents are friends/political allies and they are also close friends, though in the comic they haven't seen each other for about six years. they are just two best friends, about to thwack each other with sticks until someone yields. (Rowan would totally win by the way) anyway this isn't my best work, but if you have any critiques I will hear them with glad ears (or eyes) thank you bye.
