Made for Nickster08's 3D Contest Gallery. UPDATE 2019-11-09: Fixed the solver by adding a 0.1 second delay between each move (plus added a victory dance at the end)! A 3D, 3x3 Rubik's cube, with turnable sides, cube rotations, a scramble button, and now A BUILT-IN SOLVER! The project has an algorithmic built-in solver from any possible combination... and it is not a backtrack!! You can even download it and see yourself. It solves with a brute-force layer by layer method, so the scripts are very long. How it works: 1. Edges in the green cross, one by one. 2. Correctly places and flips green layer corners. 3. Solves middle layer, one edge at a time. 4. Solve the blue cross. 5. Correctly places the top layer corners. 6. Correctly flips top layer corners. 7. Puts blue layer edges in the correct place, to finish the solve. This method will work for a real-life Rubik's cube too, but keep in mind it is not very efficient for time or moves. However, the solver doesn't work online. PLEASE download to see it work. Instructions: -Click the boxes at the top to turn certain sides. -A counterclockwise turn is the same as three clockwise turns (and vice versa). -You can turn the whole cube a certain way by clicking the boxes at the bottom. -You can push the Scramble! button and the computer will give it a completely random 25-move scramble. -Or you can push the Solve! button for the computer to solve it using real moves. -When you turn a side clockwise or counterclockwise, imagine you are looking at that side. Thanks for watching and leave a comment! Remember to love it!! Please love it or download it... I want to get this on the front page.
