Click on the Plague symbol to get infections then click on shop items to buy upgrades. The more infected you have the redder the world gets -100 -1000 -3000 -5000 -10000 When the infect reach one of these numbers the world will change when the world is fully red then you win Commit "End to covid" if you win.
