Use wasd or arrow keys to move, press r to restart the current level, and P to pause. Get to the green circle to progress to the next level and don't touch red. A soft body is an object that can stretch or deform when it hits an object, and is a term used in game development. A rigid body on the other hand is rigid like the name implies, and it keeps its shape no matter what.
