Very soon after his hatching, however, a UTF detachment got a hold of him. They injected Dragon type DNA into him, allowing him to mega-evolve-ish into a dragon and electric type. He eventually escaped, and lived a normal life, in his Raichu evolution, hiding his wings. One day everything changed. The memories are still fresh in his mind. Later, when he was travelling with a new 'trainer,' he ended up in the UTF. He is the sixth.
