Sorry that this isn't very high quality, I was rushing to finish this and animating on medibang would've taken too long. He isn't exactly a villain but he's very annoying and gets in the way A. LOT. He has a crush on one of the PoVs, Quiver (Icewing). But he loathes the other PoV, Virgo (Nightwing). Iceberg doesn't actually look anything like this but his design was changed due to the pallet of the MAP.
