ScratchCAD 3D | Alpha ========================================== Have you ever wanted to 3D print something extremely basic, with no knowledge of 3D printing or CAD whatsoever? Well, now you can! *Remix if you find the Easter Eggs...* Steps: Step 1) Select if you want to draw a square or a triangle by clicking on the button on the right of the screen. Then, click on the large grey square and drag the mouse outwards to create your shape! The dimensions, (width and length), of the shape will be shown in cm. Step 2) Let go of the mouse. You will be asked how much to extrude by, and this will be the height of the print, so enter a number from 1 to 50. Then, click done. Step 3) You will see a bunch of variables and settings now. You can ignore them, and print straight away, or you can modify some settings for your print. The function of the setting is shown next the variable, and these settings will be reset to default once you click the green flag. Step 4) Once you have finished, click print. The 3D printer will be drawn, and once that is done, it will begin to draw your print! Click pause/play, to pause and play (top right), and click stop, (top, second to right) to cancel, and go back to the drawing board! As of update 1.5.3a, once the print has finished, a button will pop up in the top left corner. This is the save button! Click it and follow the instructions to save it to my 3D CAD project. Step 5) Confetti!!! ❒ Have any suggestions or feedback, or have you found a glitch? Tell me in the comments!
