Scratch isn't dealing with this and this might get me banned. But this needs to stop. I have been on scratch for around 9 months, I have seen almost everything from discrimination, furry haters, and just plain, mean, haters who like being mean. Almost everything. But the most importantly: Art Recoloring and Advertising. Even when people put: 'I don't do F4F' or 'No Advertising' or 'No recoloring without permission.' People still do it! A week or so ago, it was my first time someone has recolored/ stole my art and I WAS SO MAD that MY hard work was just recolored with ease, no questions asked! Kids on this website need to learn to do there own art, and their own coding. Or else they'll never learn! Isn't this what Scratch is about? A safe learning environment for kids and even adults? But, in hard truth, this website is not safe, and kids aren't learning! One day, one of my scratch friends invited me to a studio that raised awareness of someone who was stealing art and then telling people that the original creator stole THEIR art and told people to hate on them!! Also, another studio raised awareness that somebody had hacked past the filterbot and was cursing! Do you know how many good people have been considering and/or have left scratch because of recoloring, advertizing, and stealing art? I could think of 30 people who are considering leaving scratch because of unfairness and stealing art. My irl friend said this when I asked them if they had Scratch: "Nah. Scratch is kinda a dying platform." SCRATCH IS DYING!! And all of the things I have listed, and more, are to blame. So please try to fix art stealing. Wait no- DO IT Scratch Team- this is a big problem that NEEDS to be fixed. I cannot express my anger, sadness, and disappointment any other way. Foxy out. -Foxy I agree with this -code1010code
