I don't know if it's against the rules to make it not an OC but here he is anyway because I like him. So changes can be done to make him more balanced if needed. I can't decide how the missle and the knife should be placed, the they are placed on could be swapped or he could have the knife on his other arm. I have a specific animation in mind for the bursts but its late at night so i might make them some other time.
