Note the ghost effect from Iota thumbnail will be only for Cat 4 and 5 hurricanes Hurricane Sally was a strong Cat 2 hurricane that made landfall in Alabama it moved slowly inland so it caused significant damage there and started off as a disturbance in the bahams and made two landfalls one in Florida as a depression then cat 2 in Alabama.
