GIR is actually a robot, but he does wear a green dog costume as shown in this project. note: i still like PSG. i can pretty much describe it as a combination of weird and funny. if you don't like the show, that's understandable since it's aimed at older audiences. fun fact: the above-mentioned anime was produced by the same company who also produced evangelion.
