CPS AINT GLITCHED, THIS IS IT'S WORKING If you buy a shadow clone jutsu at the second 1.1 every 1.1 seconds you will gain 1cps in this case. But if you buy a shadow clone jutsu at the second 1.2 every 1.2 seconds you will gain 1cps. It doesn't group it all and give every sec. got it?
