The original project was made by @-Charon- and this one will not actually be used for the vote. It is just a demonstration of my proposed duplication checker. You can check the Umbreon sprite and backdrop for comments explaining how it works. The only problem with this method is that it will only process your vote if you are whitelisted in the project. You might be able to get around this by adding anybody who wants to vote. It might also have some bugs since I kind of rushed while making it, but I did my best to fix them.
