These high tech portals can be activated by collecting the electronic devices that were once placed. 1 of the portals were set to be off so you will have to ride your skateboard along to the next one! The devices you're collecting sends a signal to the portal they are connected to. These portals are the only way so activate them or DIE in the water! Go escape.
