The only exception to this is part 1. -Please please put in effort for your part. This can be with art or the animation. -Use Neon colours wisely. They can be an eyesore. -Try to keep your sprites to 2 per part. My poor pc can't handle it. -No backdrop animating. None of it. I will cry. -Do not go over the time given.
