(fun fact ;; this is my first blockshade :0) — — — | about him → Reverend Doctor Martin Luther King Jr. (born Michael King Jr) was born on January 15, 1929 in Atlanta, Georgia to Reverend Michael King Sr. and Alberta King. He was an American Christian minister and activist who became the most visible spokesperson and leader in the civil rights movement from 1955 until his assassination in 1968. During his lifetime he spoke many speeches, including his most famous one 'I Have A Dream'. While he was fighting for civil rights, he was also locked up for ignoring the laws, and speaking out. He is one of many people whom have helped fight for civil rights, for people like me and many other kinds.
