“When a Scratcher reaches the milestone of gaining 100 followers, they are legally obligated to make a celebratory project to commemorate this special event.” - Article 14, Section 3.0 of the Scratch Constitution that I totally didn’t just make up. So as you can see, by rule of law I had to make a 100 follower special, and I didn’t have any ideas so here’s a DMC. Rules: 1. Obey all rules. 2. Don’t do anything that breaks the Community Guidelines. 3. Deadline is March 31st. 4.
