The Spec 60 was a catch on of the earlier Spec 50 lifts that OTIS made for the Asian market in the 1980's and 1990's. The Scratch division of OTIS did make these alongside the Europa 2000 for low rise, and were discontinued in 1995 in favor of the OTIS 2000 and the later 3200. This lift was installed in 1991.
