Description

I'm taking way too much time to continue The Exterra War, but hey here's a mediocre art parallax. Oros-Feron has wandered the depths of Abyss (also known as the Void; Not to be confused with the dimension from The Unfamous) since anyone from the outside world ever stepped foot in the deep, dark dimension. An extradimensional being with no physical gender, it looks with its two glowing eyes for those who have found themselves lost in Abyss. If it finds a life form who does not belong in the realm of Abyss, it approaches this life form and makes an offer, and the entity in question has three options: 1. Oros-Feron sends the life form to their home world, but they are tasked with retrieving an item of importance for Oros-Feron within a timespan of Oros-Feron's choosing. If the life form finds the item in time, it is immediately teleported to Oros-Feron and they stay on their homeworld. If the item is not found in time, the being is teleported back to Abyss, becoming mostly ignored by Oros-Feron, and must find another way out of the dark realm. 2. Oros-Feron teleports the entity back home for an immediate price of its choosing. This is a much simpler option, and is most often chosen by lost entities in Abyss. 3. Oros-Feron teleports the entity back to their world, but appears to the entity every night in a dream, and the life form must give Oros-Feron all information collected from that day. The reason for this is unknown, but it is often speculated that Oros-Feron wishes to live a normal life as a mortal, and therefore wishes to acquire all information it can about the mortal realm. While no entity has been known to choose this option, it is overall painless and no punishment is given if the entity fails to give proper information. This is the only gesture of forgiveness seen from Oros-Feron so far. The entity may reject Oros-Feron's offer, but must find it again if they wish to make a choice. Oros-Feron gives objective and thorough information about each option, and does not question or judge the entity's choice. The reasons behind nearly every aspect of Oros-Feron's being remain obscure. It is by far the most mysterious entity seen from the universe of The Canon of Cador. (Oros-Feron’s name comes from "orosferoun", the Greek word for "offer.") #stories The art hashtag is sort of in the title haha
