You sighed as you checked your watch, he was a little late. You shrugged it off and put on your knee pads, getting ready to just practice alone. You look up to suddenly see Kageyama standing over you. "Sorry I'm late." he said then he sat down besides you and put his knee pads on also. Afterwards, you two were practicing your spikes and sets together. Kageyama was having trouble adjusting to your spikes, but he was making due. When he finally did the perfect set, you quickly high fived him, leaving him shocked. You laughed, "What? You don't know how to celebrate?" you gently shove his shoulder, he laughed uneasily and shoved you back. You two started a shoving match and he started to laugh more freely, causing you to grin. That is until you fall to the floor with him on top of you when you tripped over your foot after being shoved. You both got silent for a moment, red in the face, until he got up and you both started rolling on the floor laughing. At this point, Daichi poked his head into the gym to see what was going on, and he smiled at the sight of Kageyama laughing. He must really like this girl to be able to let himself go like that, he thought. He silently walked away and left you two to your own devices. You finally were able to catch your breath and your stomach growled, loud enough for Kageyama to hear. He stopped laughing and frowned a little, "You're hungry. Let's go grab a bite to eat." he offered. You shook your head, "I don't have any cash on me, it's fine." he rolled his eyes, "I'll pay, duh. Let's go to the store." he said as he grabbed your arm and dragged you out of the gym. When you two got to the store, you were both out of breath. The two of you ran the whole way, trying to keep up with each other. You won, of course, but that didn't stop Kageyama from claiming he was still the winner. The two of you walked in, saying hello to Coach Ukai, earning a strange look from him. Kageyama with a girl? That was new... You grabbed a banana, gatorade, and meat bun. Kageyama grabbed similar things and paid for them all. Coach wished you two well on your way out and you both sat at the front of the store. "We got to do this again." you said as you inhaled your food. Kageyama nodded in agreement, "This was fun. How about tomorrow?" he asked. You grinned, "Of course."
