Name | Venari Species | God Pronouns | He / Him +Backstory+ Venari was chosen to be the God of hunting, and did his job very well. One day he was out hunting in the forest of Viridi Campus ( the land of the gods in my stories ) and he came across a beautiful wolf. He fell hopelessly in love with her, but she was mortal. Venari used his powers to turn her immortal, as she had fallen in love with him too. Venari had to hide this wolf from the king of the gods, Primus, as he is the only one who can tell she was turned immortal. Venari had to speak with Caelum ( God of darkness ) about hunting at night. Caelum sent him to the king, but the wolf was still with him. Primus got so enraged about Venari harbouring this wolf. The king scratched across Venari's face, cursing him with a scar. ( Gods didn't get scars unless they were cursed to keep them ) When a god receives a scar, they would be seen as less powerful than others, ruining their dignity and pride. The god of hunting had his wife ( the wolf ) taken from him for 5 years, until Caelum ( God of Darkness ) and Solis ( Goddess of Light ) convinced Primus to let her go and be with Venari. woah that was long
