It's actually been more than three years since then, so I guess you could call this our 3-year marker as friends. I was always an energetic kid, the kind of person who went up and talked to everyone. So when she came along, of course I introduced myself. She was an introvert, I was extrovert, but she didn't have many friends yet and agreed to be friends with me. This memory is so clear in my mind, I still remember what SHIRT she was wearing that day. We're still friends to this day, and hopefully we will be friends for a long time.
