Spam that flag Part 15 is officially done and wow it is SO smooth. There is only one person to thank: @Beep_boi Also thanks to @2impressions for the circle and square effect. I tried to make it aesthetic y but sorta miserably failed. It repeats twice cuz I couldn't think of any other transitions. If it needs advice please give me. This is my first time using pen so wow! Also I haven't tried animating with OCs so I am still kind of worried about that.
