Basically, if you want my design, remix this project and draw a picture of the character you want. The character cannot be used until I say the winners. I'll pick the person with the drawing I liked the most to be the winner of the design! ~What's a rotating DTA? It is a dta where I say the winners when the design has 4 entries! Then, I will add a new design in its place!
