The secret to weight loss is calories-in, calories-out. Remember to exercise at least 3 times a week, combine cardio to torch calories with strength training to build muscle. Eat healthy choices like the ones I suggest to you in this powerpoint. Remember to keep an eye on your food intake, if your parents are fat then they really don't know how to feed you.
