Hey guys! I built a model train so I decided to make a project about it :D First there is an intro and then you can use the arrow keys on the keyboard or the screen to move the model back and forth. This project isn't that complex so I didn't expect it to get popular but I hope you enjoy anyways :) FAQ: 1. Please make it more interactive! (not even a question XD) Sorry I'm quite busy and this is just meant to be a simple project, so you can only move it back and forth. Feel free to remix with more interactive parts! 2. Will you add mobile controls? I just did! The keyboard keys work better though :/ 3. How did you build it? I got the model kit from ROKR with the wood pieces already cut out, then I built it kind of like a puzzle where the pieces join into each other. It uses a gears mechanism to move :D 4. Is it hard to build? Not too bad, it definitely takes multiple days but it's pretty easy if you follow the instructions. It just takes a lot of patience to connect each piece! 5. Is it stop motion or did you just use a gif? I made this stop motion myself by using my camera and moving the train forwards for each picture. It's not a gif, I promise XD 6. Is it made of cardboard? Nope, it's made of wood! A lot of people seem to think it looks like cardboard though XD
