Robot: V8 "Thamghor" Biobot Producer: Sedagorian Federation, TruCrystal Technology Purpose: Search-and-rescue, Peacekeeping, Battle, Reconnaissance Materials: Bulletproof Cryosteel Exoskeleton, Powered by TruCrystal (tm) technology Features: Powerful Claws; Durable Armor; Bipedal structure to traverse tricky terrain (Say that 5 times fast); Quad-ocular Vision system Description: The Thamghor Biobot is Biomimicry at its finest. The Robotoid was modeled after the Thamghor beetles of Okrea, from which it derives its nickname. It also draws inspiration from an ancient movie from planet earth, which, for legal reasons, shall not be mentioned by name here. During the Rift Conflict (8942-47 A.D.) they were first tested on remote battlefields against the Orkims. When the Conflict escalated into the Century War, they were used widely, fighting alongside foot soldiers in ferocious battles. After the resolution to the Century War, and the Orkim-Sedagorian Treaty of 9052 A.D., the Thamgohrs were repurposed for peacetime use. As of 9071 A.D., they are still utilized in reconnaissance and search-and-rescue operations, as they can go where most life forms cannot. In the words of Tyskelek, Sedagorian war scholar and historian: "The Thamgohrs were ultimately decisive in the final battle against the Orkims. It is their ruthless efficiency that make them the most advanced weaponry ever developed by the great Sedagorians."
