Yes. Speed is lightning and fast. This time, we have a speed devolution. Remix and devolve by 0.1. RULES: A rule with → means only @OisinFan62, @KNE101, @WindowsMeRules2000, @Superflex29, & @legofan208 can break them. A rule with (C) means only @OisinFan62 and @Superflex29 can break these rules. A rule with (!) means nobody can break this rule. A rule with (SCG) means it also breaks the community guidelines. A rule with (O) means it's an optional rule, so feel free to break it. 1. Change the speed by -0.1 this time, it's reversed edition! (!) 2. Delete EVERY costume but the last. Try to help evolve the speed from -0.1! (!) 3. You can add music if you want. (O) 4.
