Marx doesn’t hate Susie, he just doesn’t like love. Being in love means you have to be with someone for the rest of your life, and Marx isn’t that type. Imagine Susie ordering Marx around. “Marx, have you washed the dishes yet? Marx, it’s your turn to cook.” (Stereo) Typical wife stuff. Marx definitely doesn’t want to live like that for the rest of his life, which is why he gets aggressive when Susie gets all lovely and doovey around him. But Marx? Hating Susie? Definitely not, But they’re still quite close friends.
