Now yes, you guys want to pick which idols get merged with which. This is just what I think, feel free to change it. space please Guys. The Inkling is a girl. The Cuttling is a boy. Octoling is a girl. And Takozonesu is a girl too. I suggested an ink color based on past ink colors used in splatoon 1 and 2. what many people might not notice is that the reason Splatoon ink colors are the way they are is because they wanted contrast. So, they used a warm color, and a cool color. With these idols, I picked selections of warm and cool colors that were unused. As for the species, I felt like Takozonesu needed more recognition. As for Ika(Cuttling) It is canon in the Splatoon Series, to have Cuttlings. In the Haikara Walker, there was an image labeled Cuttlefish Idols. It's canon. As for Tako and Ika(Inkling) It just makes sense. 2 extra squid and octopus types, so let's at least keep the originals. (Even though Takozonesu is classic. Why nintendo, why make a whole new octoling species for the new game, instead of going with the original?)
Everyone for their idols. I'm going to make concept art for the Inkling and Takozonesu. And I came up with name ideas for the pair. The Inkling(fusion of Jen, Ellie, Azurine, and Yume) could be named Sheena. The Takozonesu(fusion of Aqua, Cyra, Ember, Nara, and Uni) could be named Sheena. Get it? Sue and Sheena? S U S H I
