CarltonBlockbuster is spinning off its British assets - Carlton, Granada, Yorkshire and Carlton Screen Advertising - as well as Honneamise, Fuji TV and its 50% stake in CWB - into a new company called Carlton International. Once the spinoff is complete, CarltonBlockbuster will change its name to TCF Media, Inc.
