This can only be used ONCE, and Neon being the cocky fighter he is, will commonly use it as a finisher. So as long as you can react quickly, you can avoid it entirely. Though come to think of it that's good advice for fighting Neon as a whole. Let him think he's winning, and then pull the rug out from under his feet. Take advantage of how quick he is to think he's winning.
