Doctor Who: Scratch Edition is basically Doctor Who but with scratchers. (If you don't know what Doctor Who is then I added a thing on the notes and credits telling you what it is) I am have already started making the series. Main Villain: A enemy of the Doctor. Can only be two. Villain: A enemy that is only in one episode. Background Character: A character that is only seen in the background.
