Ludlow Lift with little to no Maintenance | Blue Oceans Mall, Sakari, South-West NDC Sakari is located just north of Arson, it contains the iconic mall called Blue Ocean Mall, it was part of Rkatijica (Old Arson), however it was now part of Sakari. The lifts have little to no maintenance, because the mall couldn't afford it. and few people are buying from the shops giving the mall little to no income. Made in Apex NC, parts taken towards Mexico City, plane flight to Kuwait City, Spaceship flight from Kuwait Interstellar Spaceport to New Diamond City Interstellar Spaceport, delivered by road to Sakari all the way from South East NDC. Anyways enjoy the low in oil hydraulic lift, at least the doors are fine. expect bugs because I am lazy to fix some scripts
