Robo-Cooper is a robo-raccoon. He is grey with red robotic eyes and a blue robotic mouth. Robo-Cooper can't swim in water, but can fly without the usage of a paraglider. He will generally be a hero/protagonist, but if he malfunctions, he will be a villain/antagonist. NOTE: Anything about not being able to swim, malfunctioning, etc. is NOT meant to be torture, violence, vandalism, or threatening in any way or form.
