Click the factory for 1 cash if you have 50 or more cash press f to construct 1 factory. On the last day of the week you get paid. the more factories you have the more pay you get. the week ends when the seventh day finishes. That is when you are paid. Also at the end of the week you will loose your amount of factories times ten in cash for paying your workers.
