How do you feel when you see your exs new gf or bf: I've had this happen before, I'll feel a strange sense of confusion and guilt, but it doesn't last long at all. At least they moved on and found a better match, now they can be happy. and how do you feel when your ex wants to stay friends with you?: ...Eh, happened before, it never lasted. honestly, all past relationships I've had? I'm no longer in contact with any of them, it's better to move on from the dreading guilt than to stay and possibly worsen your emotions, but that's just my opinion. BUT- some people do stay friends with their exes, and that's fine, It all depends on the person.
