In this project, you will find a badly drawn chameleon that blends in with the the environment. As the SD studio is currently themed "Blending In", I thought it would be a nice project. At the start, you may want to drag your mouse around the screen to help it cache colours for optimised performance. It's essentially a shaped colour picker It creates a cache that stores the colours that it's touched. It will first check to see if the colour it's touching is stored in the cache, and if not it will check the colour in a less efficient way. It initiates these checks every time you move your mouse. Once it's scanned, it broadcasts a message asking another sprite to render it. When you press play, you'll notice significant lag. This is because there is no data in the cache.
