#savescratch --------------- I was actually going to share this a few days later, but seeing the coincidence @warriorcat1313 and I had of dealing with scratch toxicity, I planned to share this today. Sorry if it looks a bit rushed---I wanted to upload this as soon as possible ^^'' --------------- Most artists already know what an 'animation meme' is, but those who don't know, an animation meme is a project/video that the creators code that go with a song. In the meme, a character will show happiness or sadness, or both. There are many types of animation memes--headbob, animation, and more ^^ This meme is complete animation to have a stronger message <3 --------------- You might already recognize the character that is shown in this project---Scratch cat, one of the main mascots of scratch. Scratch is getting into highly dangerous levels of toxicity. People are getting hurt mentally, made fun of being part of LGBTQ , getting bullied, getting insulted, and banned for absolutely no particular reason(not agianst ST) This project shows how scratch cat is affected by this. Towards the end, you might see Scratch cat lose his spirit. He loses his spirit because people don't care about others feelings. He loses his spirit because people are putting fame in front of their friends. He loses his spirit because scratch isn't how it used to be. When I first made my account, everybody was nice and I made some friends that are still available to this day. That was about 8 months ago. Imagine being a new scratcher and seeing all of this happen. Seeing people bullying. Seeing people being insulted. Seeing people getting into fights. How will you feel? I would've felt scared. I would've felt scared because I'm afraid that I'll be treated that way. I would've felt scared because I didn't want to get into a fight. I would've been scared because I didn't want to be called bad words. I would've felt scared because I will be afraid that people won't like me. Newcomers don't deserve this. They don't deserve to be in the drama I was in. They don't deserve to be lied to by their friends. Having death threats sent to the people they care about. They don't deserve to be used as a tool. They don't deserve to be insulted. They don't deserve to be dumped. They don't deserve to be bullied They don't deserve to be spammed. They don't deserve to be banned. They don't deserve to have studios sent to report them for stupid reasons. I have saw people come and go. I have saw friends leave because they have been bullied. I saw friends leave because they can't handle any more negativity because of their mental state. I have saw people leave because people stealing their stuff without permission. But, even after all of that, you'll always have somebody there for you. you'll always have somebody there to shelter you when it thunders, tell you to keep your chin up, tell you to smile, tell you to look up to the stars. They will stand up for you when you're bullied. They will always trust you, no matter what. They'll always be there to catch you. They'll always be there to make you laugh. Fake friends will be there for a while, but real friends will be there for a lifetime. --------------- It seems like I'm not the only one. I've talked with many people and their stories are very similar to mine. It's a good feeling to feel when you know that you're not on your own. I've watched many things crumble into pieces. I'm not going to let that happen to scratch. --------------- And to those bullies, who the HELL do you think you are? do you know how hard it is for people to cope with you? Having their profiles spammed every second with insults and hurtful words that are enough to make a grown man cry? Do you know what they feel? Everyday, they have to take you in. They don't have any more energy left to stand up to you. to the point of where they go crazy. I don't understand Does doing this make you feel better of yourselves? Does it make you feel proud? Does hurting people and ruining their spirit an accomplishment to you? if so, let me say my words in your dirty face: I will end you. You will no longer make people's life miserable. They are already suffering enough with school and the pandemic. I will make sure every one of you will learn a lesson, no matter how long it takes. By hurting others, you are hurting yourself. You are too blind and stupid to see how this could affect your life entirely. Just wait and see~ :) --------------- I'm going to be putting together a team to help stop this. There are many projects out there that have the same meaning, have the same goal, and say similar things. But I want this to be big. There is soon going to be a studio of where the creators could chat and share their feelings/give advice ^^ --------------- whatcha waiting for? go and make someone smile! :)
Wanna help? You could do these! <3 1. Spread kindness---anybody could use a compliment when they're having a bad day! ^////^ 2. Remix the project---(only if ya want to) please make sure it's not a recolor or an exact copy! We want people to be serious about this! You could draw your own oc or just make the project in your style! All of these will help a ton! <3 3. Make new friends---Lots of people on scratch don't have friends yet, so why not be their bestie? It's good to know that you'll always have someone on your side <33 4. help get this project on trending/featured--- I'm really sorry if this one sounds really selfish---I want others to know about this, and there are thousands of scratch accounts out there, and these are probably be the only options we have to spread the word. I know the project isn't the best, but I'm kinda desperate to solve all this drama 5. Make special gifts to those who are down!--- Whenever I get sent gifts, It makes me really happy and warm inside---Try doing this to another person! <33 that's all I could think of!
