eee sooooo, I saw this design and really like it! So I thought I would animate it a little, and low and behold, it turned into a meme! if you can call this a meme lol. So, this was kinda an impulse entry, so I don't really have any backstory or anything planned for this OC, but I'll probably make another entry with art and a bio soon. I just wanted to get this shared, because if I didn't, I would probably have forgotten about it lol.
