Once again, the time has come. The Scratchers and the other characters are about to open their presents from Santa or by other characters or friends. But this year, Preston Penguin won't be in this year's season, as his plans didn't go well from last year. Meanwhile at the hotel, Ryder Raccoon and Wilson Wolf gave Electronic Ellie some burnt cookies, and she lost her temper, but she got the real present next to Robert to restore her feelings later on.
