Here's an OLD oc I haven't used at all. Well, I made him back in April or May so he isn't too too old. His name is Hans if you don't remember him and he's supposed to be one of my South Park ocs but in this case, he looks more like a mix between an Earthbound character and a Pokemon. I've been trying to come up with a backstory for him but Idk if he would what you'd say have one. I'll try to come up with one for him though.
